We're growing: OPUSm AG expands to Germany!

We are delighted to announce that OPUSm AG opened a GmbH in Ratingen on 1 January 2025. To lead our business in Germany, we have gained an experienced leader: Joachim Hahn.

Joachim brings impressive expertise in Field Service Management (FSM), built over more than two decades in various key positions. A few highlights of his career:

• Pioneering work in FSM: Many years of experience with field service management solutions at international software companies, most recently at Coresystems, before its FSM solution was acquired by SAP.
• Industry and market expertise: Since 2001 he has worked intensively on Mobile Workforce Management for utilities and field service management solutions for German industrial companies.
• SAP experience: Through his work in the SAP CX area, he knows the entire CX suite and contributed significantly to the success of SAP FSM, convincing many well-known German companies to adopt the solution.

With Joachim Hahn at the helm, we look forward to supporting our customers in Germany with innovative solutions and celebrating new successes together.
