Integration

The connective tissue of your SAP landscape.

SAP Business Technology Platform and Cloud Integration (CPI) connect your systems into a whole — clean, monitored and maintainable instead of manual interfaces.

The challenge

SAP FSM, Service Cloud, S/4HANA and third-party systems do not talk to each other on their own. Without clean integration you get the most expensive process costs of all — the invisible ones.

Data is copied between systems by hand or pushed through brittle point-to-point interfaces.

No one can see centrally whether a data flow is running or has failed.

Every modification to the SAP standard complicates the next upgrade.

Third-party systems — from CRM to payroll — hang on loosely and uncontrolled.

Capabilities

What the solution delivers

SAP BTP is the platform for integration and extension. We use it so your landscape stays upgrade-ready.

Cloud Integration (CPI)

Robust interfaces between SAP and third-party systems via the Integration Suite — standardised instead of hand-knitted.

Pre-built integration packages

We use SAP standard content where it exists — shortening projects and reducing maintenance.

API management

Provide, secure and monitor APIs centrally — controlled access instead of open interfaces.

Monitoring & governance

Central monitoring of all data flows with alerting — errors become visible before the business reports them.

Side-by-side extensions

Extensions run alongside the SAP standard on BTP — the core stays clean and upgrade-ready.

Secure & maintainable

Clear architecture, documented flows and clean error handling — integration that still holds up in five years.

Integration

The platform that connects everything

BTP / CPI is the layer through which all the other solutions talk to each other — and through which third-party systems are connected cleanly.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need BTP if we only want to connect two systems?

As soon as data should flow reliably, monitored and maintainable between systems, a real integration layer pays off. Point-to-point solutions look cheaper at first but get more expensive and more fragile with every additional connection.

What is the difference between BTP, Integration Suite and CPI?

SAP BTP is the overarching platform. The Integration Suite is the integration offering on top of it, and Cloud Integration (CPI) is its core capability for interfaces. We pick the right building blocks for your use case.

Do our SAP systems stay upgrade-ready?

That is exactly the point of the side-by-side approach: extensions run on BTP next to the standard, not in the core. That keeps the next upgrade manageable.
